The themes this month at Pile It On are Your Favorite Color and/or Rainbows. The rainbow stamp is from Scrapper's Paradise, and the cloud-shaped shaker is from Jillibean Soup.
For the inside, I used a background image that comes with the Glittery And Sparkling set.
