I used the stamp-and-cut technique with a Spellbinders die to create this wintry card. The sentiment and banner were embossed with my BigShot. I popped up the center portion with foam tape. I used double-sided tape to add glittery white embossing powder to the card base. The snowflakes were heated-embossed with the same powder. I colored the image with Copics and glitter pen. I used a VersaMark pen to add white embossing powder to the snowy hill & the Santa hat.
