I embossed the sentiment on Vellum, and adhered it to more vellum with red tape. I overlapped the tape to create a border that I heat-embossed with gold tinsel embossing powder. The snowflake lace was cut from a gold-foiled cardstock, and the background is a preglittered cardstock. It's a fairly simple card, but I like the result.
