The themes this month at Pile It On are Think Big (Large shapes; enlarged image; Big words, etc) and/or One Layer Card (paper piecing and limited embellishments OK). You can choose one or both themes, and you may enter the challenge as many times you like, as long as you are inspired by at least one other Challenge theme. For my card, I started with a card a friend stenciled during a craft day we had a few years ago (the stencil came free with a magazine). She wasn't happy with how it came out, but I thought it was really pretty and promised I would do something with it. Better late than never!
I added the sentiment with two clear stamps using Memento inks. The border was made using silver stickers that I colored with Copic markers. I finished the card with wooden stars that I heat-embossed in various colors.
