The card base, plastic shaker cover, and sentiment stamps are from Jillibean Soup. I cut the fish-tail banner from a patterned acetate (I've been hoarding this for the perfect project!) and attached the star-filled shaker piece directly onto it. I traced the banner to make a mask, and inked the base card blue. I heat-embossed the sentiments with a neon orange powder (Recollections). The star-patterned paper on the inside is from my stash.
