Stampin' Dymonz Grand Give-A-Way: Card Tag

It's day 5 of the Tim Times Ten Grand Give-A-Way Challenge at the Stampin' Dymonz blog, and I just can't get enough! So happy to see coloring on today's recipe:
  • Card Tag created with one sheet of cardstock
  • an image colored by hand, using at least 2 different colors & shading
  • mat your image with a mat that has been distressed by sanding
Because I like the idea of having a sort of set at the end of these 10 days of tag-making, I'm sticking to my original tag width of 2.5 inches, but for this one I extended the height to 5-ish inches.

One of my favorite parts of this project was using Copics to color the sliding bead. Wow, that worked great!

I'm really loving everyone's projects, and I'm learning a lot!

Supplies: Hydrangea Bouquet clear stamp set from Raisin Boat, K&Co. patterned paper, Core'dinations cardstocks, X-Press Copic paper, Tuxedo Black Memento ink, sand paper, emery board, ZipDry glue, Offray ribbon, flower brads from Oriental Trading Co., MS detailing scissors, SCAL & Cricut (for fold-out & message cards and templates) only), Versamark watermark ink, Stampendous black embossing powder, Marvy heat tool
Copics: V06, BV00, BV000, B32, B00, B0000, BG10, FBG2, YG03, G02

Making this tag was a breeze, especially now that I'm so well-organized: I got some plastic drawers at WalMart for all my stamps & inks & what-not, and everything's so easy to find now! Plus, yesterday my husband actually asked me if I had something he could organize. Are you kidding‽ Heck yeah! So the wonderful man sat there and organized all my paper by color. I feel like a freakin' princess!
