I've already used this color combo and sketch for a different card, but I liked them both so much I decided to use them again.
The background papers are from Graphic 45; the orange one is part of their collection, but I colored the black-and-white piece with green ink. The gears are die cuts (Sizzix & Memory Box, I think). I used a brad from my stash; yes, the gear does move! I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of polka-dotted paper. Pretty quick card, but I think it will make a fun thnak-you card some day!
